The UCS is firm in its belief that a well-armed, well-trained citizenry is one of a country’s greatest strengths.

The United Cape States Transitional Authority (UCS-TA) recommends that upon independence a 12-24 month conscripted national service for male and female Capelander citizens be introduced, establishing again a strict and disciplined military to protect the United Cape States’ borders, airspace, coast lines and thereby our citizens from all enemy threats.

The reintroduction of local Commandos will form a separate wing of the military / policing force who will receive training for both policing and military operations to greatly assist in local crime prevention and the direct defence of the nation.
