Law, Crime and Justice

United Cape States (UCS) citizens retain and may exercise their ‘veto-power’ by calling for a referendum to collectively vote either approving or rejecting whichever law the citizens may feel that government has implemented, overstepping their authority.

Crime

The UCS will have zero tolerance for crime or criminals. Respect for law and order shall be maintained.

Police

The UCS envisages an educated police force where candidates must present high levels of IQ, apply quality social skillsets, civil human interaction, strong moral ethics, and sound judgment skills. As such, policing positions will acquire the country’s highest salaries.

Justice

Like most countries, the UCS will provide for the formulation of laws by the Legislative Council, approved by the Judicial Council, and which laws are to strictly adhere to conservative libertarian principles while upholding common law.
